She also makes new friends easily and really cares about the people close to her, even if sometimes she is a bit rough with them. And doesn't always seem to talk to them right, she is a bit more of a agitator in some situations. While others she just stands back and watches how it goes. She is not easily frightened though some fears of like the dark, and being alone show up. Just to add to a slight childish side of her personality, she doesn't like thunderstorms and tends to hide out under her bed, though she never bothers to tell anyone. She is seemingly hyperactive and cheerful one moment and can be slightly furious the next moment, though she's not bipolar. She just tends to be able to flick between emotions really quickly and sometimes at her own will. She also appears to be have a certain amount of patience though she loses interest in things fairly quickly. If it can't keep her attention she just shoves it aside for something else, sometimes it can be said she does the same with people. She keeps most of her problems, along with her worries hidden underneath a hyper, sometimes cold and slightly random side. She's always trying to laugh and smile, or just shove people away so no one knows what is going on underneath the surface. Though her sister always seems to know if she's hiding something, and her brother is pretty good at catching those things as well. It comes from how well they all know each other. She cares a lot about her students and the others in the town, she is often seen bringing cakes and other sweets to the police station for her brother and the others. Well the ones who will eat it, for the ones who don't she thinks of something else. She wants them to be careful, though she knows the line of work they do is dangerous, which makes her well hidden worries even worse sometimes. She tends to like to use big words, whether to annoy people or it's just the way she talks no one really nows. The girl does have random times where she will start talking in other languages that she knows. Just a few words, and it's usually at a random time, like in the middle of a totally different topic. Unique and maybe a little weird are other words used to describe her. The only time you see hate is when you push her buttons, or someone hurts her family or someone else, she is very useful with a bat and other things. She took after her mother while her father is spoiling her brother, since he was born first. The young girl spent a lot of time trying to mimic her mother, be just like her if she could. Since it was what she wanted to be, different and unique but just like her mother. She kept close to her sister to, she was always there around and well her brother seemed to have his own little plans. He was always with father while they had to rely on each other and mother, or at least that was what she thought. She didn't think much of asking for her brother's help, or anything. She just admired her dad's work from afar, and what he did with her brother. She loved her mother, and didn't complain, though part of her couldnt' help but be jealous of her brother and what he got. She didn't like school, as fun as it was with all the books. She was bullied, picked on for being overly curious and a book worm in her own sense. She would try to hide out in the library and avoid all other people till she went home. But that never worked, she was always being caught somewhere. Her brother got into fights because of that, defending the two girls. She would have rather had him not get into trouble, or get into more fights because of them. Alena tried to go through school without problems, just keeping to herself and handling the fights on her own or anything that happened. Her grades weren't perfect, she had some issues in a few classes. Mainly she was either too distracted to do anything right or she just didn't understand. She's stubborn and refuses to ask for help, though people do give it to her and that is that. Getting into middle school, following in her brother's footsteps. Well she was in his shadow more like, both girls probably were. The girl refuses to talk about what happened to her father, and anything that followed after that. She sees no point in doing that, it's not helping his memory or the other ones either. She took a job as a teacher at the same school she had attended, the mix of her college work and being a English teacher has taken a lot of her time. But she still visits her brother and sister from time to time. Alena doesn't like the work he does, though she knows it's a good thing, she just wants him to be safe. And even if they live separately or have different lives they are still family after all.
