[/b] - Generally speaking, Kazuumi is known as very polite and courteous person who is never without the polite 'hello/how do you do' of hers to almost everyone, even criminals. In fact, with that smile of hers and the gentle nature, she seems quite like someone who wouldn't dare hurt a fly.
Refine - For some reason, she is brought up as a refined and respectable lady (parasol included) who acts in such a graceful manner that people tend to wonder if she came from a rich family or a foreigner. Then again, she's in every way a very gentle woman till she strikes her parasol and that sadistic smile of hers.
Mature - For someone quite so young, she seems mature for her age, thinking for others before her well-being as well as understanding situations in a calm manner while thinking of a possible solution. It earned her place in the Police force (as well as becoming someone's lap dog secretary and assistant)
Helpful - To even solidify the first three descriptions that Kazuumi got, she seems to be quite a helpful young lady who won't hesitate to lend a hand to anyone asking her for one. In fact, she even would kindly give the food she is eating to someone who is hungry and haven't ate in days and still keep that smile on hers. Now, that's dedicated kindness!
Clever - Despite these feminine charms and etiquette of hers, the green-haired female seems to also have a knack of being clever with her brain (hey, police force? Gotta give her credit for that). In most cases, she would mostly let someone do their job, but when they ask her opinion and help, she will gladly lend her brains to help move the case faster. That's Kazuumi for you, folks.

No-nonsense - For whatever reasons, Kazuumi does not take dallying quite lightly and finds all the petty talks and silly shim-shams a waste of time. She's as stern as she is serious so it's quite a hard to make the female loosen up from time to time. One of the days where she frowns, apparently.
Sadistic - Ah, one of the familiar things the people in the Police Force (especially a certain co-worker and boss of hers) that she is well-known of. They rarely see her angry with a frown, but they do often see her smile in such a way that they might think of her as probably an ex-homicidal maniac someone who loves watching people suffer. From punishing criminals, watching them getting tortured interrogated (she sometimes help with interrogation and make sure they talk or else) to smacking said someone with a parasol she always have (or smack him in.... ahem... some places), that sadistic-looking mentality of hers made people think twice if her gentle and lady-like manner is just a facade.
Conniving - It's hard to tell what she thinks, because most of the time you won't tell if she's just playing around or she's actually just winding her thread and looping you in said thread without you knowing it. Yes, that's how sadistically conniving she is. There are times she will unintentionally play with you and your head with her words, actions and gesture and before you even realize it- BAM!- you fell into her trap of deceit and lies. Watch out for her~
Arrogant - She is proud of her work, she is proud of her job and definitely she is proud of her methods. Bloat her ego a bit and she could come out as someone arrogant if you manage to inflate her head on how good she's doing in her job. Doing otherwise, however, can make her feel slightly offended (but never angry). She just feels important because it made her feel like she's needed, but that's just her ego talking.
Work-a-holic - Apparently, Kazuumi is prone of being a work-a-holic, sometimes neglecting her own well-being and the concern of others just to finish a duty/work. It never ends good at times especially when she's already stressed and still working (and smiling). Bad habit since young, from the looks of it.

HISTORY:

[/s] twisted unique, and those who have known these siblings seem to be more than aware that behind those faces of them lies something a little bit of a twisted memory since childhood.

Yes, that's Kazuumi Hinanawi, a secretary/assistant of a known Antonio Rosso in the police force, known as the 'parasol lady' with that item she always has, able to do her job well and with such kindness that one would not notice that her smile can already mean something else. No, she's not a serial killer or anything, but many believed it as that.... sometimes.

In youth, she and her older brother were subjected in torture acts of love by their mother, mostly consisting of staying in a room the whole day without meal, being left alone in the forest for a week to fend for themselves, being hang upside-down when they try to steal some cookies in the jar, and most possible some other means of punishment not suitable for kids. But, hey, that's how she loves these two, by physical pain and torture, and they seem to appreciate about it a lot and thinks that it's how their 'mother dearest' shows her love. Since it's just the two of them, and their father- as a drunken bastard that he is who tends to not show up when he needed the most and shows up when he's not needed the most while being plastered like someone shoved a brick in his face- is pretty much hopeless when it comes to raising children (hey, mom has to do everything in the house, might as well use the two for some labor as well), Hinanawi Kazuumi learn the hard way about love, earning it and surviving the world full of cruelty with a smile on her face.

And that's just the history of why she smiles almost ALL the time.

There came a time that, at least, they were raised properly (though their brain registers the 'pain of love' somewhere along the way) enough for them to still function normally- or, at least, it looks like it- in the society. With their mother proud at how they were brought up with education and proper manners, she decided to become a police and hope to bring crooks, nay-doers and criminals to justice. She also seem to be fond of the interrogation part which also lead her to join in the police force as well as soon as she hit college and studied criminology. Nobody knew that this lovely-looking lady is subjected with such manner as a child that torture seems second-nature to her and that watching people break down from too much pressure and cry to spill out the beans was an entertainment to her. Still, despite these little 'abnormalities', Kazuumi is still known to be a nice person and such and such.

Graduating with flying colors, she was placed in the Shigayomi police force and worked under a person named Antonio Rosso as his secretary- slash assistant- as she took a job not before learning about him a bit. A little surprise came as soon as she met the person and, already, she decided to make sure that he's doing his job properly and probably discipline him a bit. At first, due to her upbringing and the fact that, asides her dear brother, every other men out there are pretty much prone to being useless when they don't do their job properly, she thought of him as someone she should implicate punishment with. However, that thought soon grow to a little bit of a crush love admiration as she started to do what her mother usually do to them and show her love through pain. Lots of pain via parasol-hitting. It was a little wayward, but she knows when things are serious and her aid is needed at times of crisis.

From there, she works with him in solving the case about the disappearing people in Shigayomi, hoping that whatever phenomenon that is happening won't happen to anyone close to her or else there will be consequences.

[/s] interrogate criminals. The real truth is that she just love her parasol (first item bought) and used to smack anyone if needed. And, no, there's no barrel-of-gun installed in there. Just a normal parasol.

- She uses a gun but rarely does so.

- Surprisingly, people seem not to take them seriously whenever they ask them about their parents, or what were they like when they were children. Either they are flabbergasted at that or not believing a single inch of it. But, hey, that's what they think, there's nothing she could do about it; 'tis like anyone would believe that their mom dumped them in the forest for a week without food so they could learn how to survive life.

- Kazuumi never hated her mom for what she did to them. It's not because she's their mom or anything and they are forced to love her because of it, but because they still think that her methods were her way to say how she loves them. However, it's another story when it comes to her dad....

- At first, she thinks Antonio is someone she should despise because of how he's flirting with the women, drinking and smoking and all the vices, something she sees from her father. However, over time, she grew to him and thinks of him as someone she should stick with. Don't want to repeat what happened in her childhood now.

- Definitely a Yandere. Everyone in work says so about her. She's a complete psychotic yandere.

- Never proud of her... ahem... breast. Thinks it's too big and people stare at it at times. Rude much?

- Likes to drink tea to calm herself down.

- Prone of hitting anyone with a parasol for various reasons. You are noisy- BAM!- parasol in the head. You bullied someone younger - BAM!- parasol in the head. You didn't do your work - BAM!- parasol in the head. You tried to flirt on her- BAM!- parasol in the nads. That's how she rolls.

- Obviously, everyone knows that she likes adores Antonio. And that her means of showing her love adoration is through hitting him constantly with her parasol from time to time. Love's complicated, we guess. Kazuumi, however, is a bit oblivious that they know about it.
