Kai + Kyo

Kai´s mother was a police officer until two years prior, when she died on duty, maybe Kai would know Kyo from before, maybe even better. Other plot would be, since Kai had been a trouble maker since young age, he and Kyo could have seen or went against each other a few years prior and now they meet again with Kai all changed, but Kyo can´t really believe that and... yeah, let´s see where that can go?

Ever since the cbox, I started seeing Hanashi just causing havoc to the poor guy. Probably after accidentally seeing him for the first time, she kinda had developed a crush and tendecy on him to cause trouble whenever he's nearby. Like a "My Kyo senses are tingling!" kind of thing. She might think he's young, cause of how he looks, but whenever she finds out his real age, she'll be all "-dead" thing. XD I just see him always appearing when she's causing trouble. Possibly a fight she started, or something. And then leave causing even more trouble to the poor detective.

Yuuki and Kyo - Enemies (?)

Not in the "I hate your guts" kind of way, but I bet Yuuki would be quite a pest. Yuuki's been using all of his (currently quite rare) free time to badger the police for more information about the disappearance of his mother. If he doesn't know Kyo yet, when he does he's going to be quite a thorn in Kyo's side ^_^. Seems like poor Kyo gets that a lot lately, eh?

And, what's this? Is Kyo flirting with Yuuki's sister Asuka and *gasp!* calling her "Asu-chan"?! Goodness! Kyo's going to get quite the stern and suspicious glare from Yuuki.

Well, you just know these two would be friends, seeing as Kyo's a regular at his bar. Even if he really doesn't look like he should be. Of course, there will be times when they could both be off there face drunk that they aren't quite so friendly, or when Vince jokes about him and Hana in the possible future. Kyo will also probably be on the receiving end of some of Vince's harmless flirting. Nothing too serious, he recognizes Kyo's straight even if it's a major shame in his eyes so won' push too much.
