[/b] but not without quirks; the woman is generally a terror in a sense that if you try to piss her off, she will not hesitate to smack you with whatever she is holding or, if she's not holding anything, with her bare fist. She doesn't seem to feel any qualm in scolding you, and on good days she would probably just give you a small lecture on why you should have not do that. She won't tolerate any misbehavior in her class and, is possible, her word is law which means a mere chatter or nap in her class would end her not just in detention but also in the receiving end of whatever item she has in her hand.

However, she is loud and sometimes careless which made all the strict personality of hers sometimes of a joke. Though, in class, she is a disciplinarian, outside the classroom she is actually quite the friendly type who would greet you back if you greeted her, even if you don't. She helps people who ask for one and will gladly give them directions if needed so as well as aiding them, though try not to push your luck because she knows if you're using her or not. She's not exactly the brightest bulb out there but she's intelligent enough to know through her lessons and whatnot. She is happy-go-lucky and carefree which also makes people find it hard that their strict and scary Japanese teacher could actually act quite childish outside the school premises. Then again, what goes in Vegas stays in Vegas, as they always say.

When drunk, Mori tends to be a lot more aggressive and snappy at people around, and even though the whole student body and the faculty members seem to know about her drinking habits, it seems they got used to that nature to know not to mess with her whenever she is in that state. She is prone in lashing out in a louder voice than before and tends to overly abuse her authority to smack the living daylights out of her students for disobeying the rules (again, not child abuse, just comedic purposes) but otherwise she seems just a little bit off and all she needs is a little sleep.

In a sense, despite the fact that she can come off as scary and strict, everyone knew that deep down she's just a concern teacher who just wants what's good for her students while trying to show her own individuality towards everybody else, telling them that she doesn't really bite. Often. Ok, so she may have a few screws loose to the fact that she can be a little too obsessed with scolding/disciplining her students, but it's for their future, right?

HISTORY:

[/s] quest for knowledge and power to teach led her. A splitting headache. And, this, is the life of none other than the resident Japanese Teacher of Shigayomi High, Miss Narukawa Mori, age 26, single and a known alcoholic by both the students and teachers as well as the only one in the right mind who decides to discipline students in such a way that makes her a bit of a terror.

Born on the third of April and from the southern part of Japan in Osaka (most notable is her Kansai dialect), Mori is a bustling daughter, second eldest of the five children of Mr. & Mrs. Narukawa, and most probably the 'manliest' one out of the siblings for some, unnatural reason. It's not to say she's a tomboy or anything between those, it's the fact that she's quite an aggressive female in her own rights that she will not hesitate to speak to her mind on what she believes with no second thoughts whatsoever. Back in her childhood days, because of her favoritism with kung-fu movies and all the other fighting shows (wrestling and mixed martial arts are some of those on her list), it was no surprise that her dream was to become a pro-wrestler (she even, for some reason, manage to persuade her younger brother if she could try some of the moves she have seen on TV, but alas her parents forbade her from doing so). In family and friends, she is always with a grin though she also shows early signs of her rule-abiding self as she would sometimes go as far as smacking her friends in the head if ever they try to do something naughty that will displease the adults or if they stole her food.

As time goes by and she grows up, though Mori became mature due to age, both her sense of discipline and her carefree attitude still lingers at the point that they became the dominant personality of hers. Due to a suggestion to one of her classmates back in Middle school, the orange-head decided to aspire herself to become a teacher in hopes that they would learn something from her and, at the same time, guide her to the path of righteousness to become better citizens of tomorrow.

Graduating fresh from college with a degree of Education, the female is now set to set her teachings towards the youth. Of course, job hunting is never easy and it took at least half a year for her to find one (while sustaining her temporary income by doing odd, part-time jobs like being a newspaper girl boy and a furniture mover). In need of Japanese teachers (as stated in the ad), Mori moved out from her parent's home in the comforts of Osaka and left to head to Okinawa until she arrived in the quaint town of Shigayomi, where she settled herself in, applied on the job (and got accepted, thankfully), and became the resident Japanese teacher of Shigayomi High for the next years to come. The students seem quite wary about their new teacher, with her loud voice and unorthodox personality and disciplinary tactics, but they soon began to adore her as well as fear her (adore her in a sense that she is actually quite approachable if you need anything and she tries her best to understand her students, and fear her because of how she would tend to throw you a book or a chalk in the head if you try to mess with her in class). Alumni students would claim that she is quite an unusual teacher but nevertheless a good one, and those who just recently enrolled or new to Shigayomi would first think on how intimidating she looks. Her fellow teachers seems a wee bit concern about her from time to time on how she tends to scare her students (especially in her 'hangover' days) but nevertheless they knew she won't go too far into abusing her students to such things.

Still, to the students and teachers of Shigayomi High, they knew they just hired a pretty screwy teacher, but nevertheless she's not all that bad.

• Avid fan of fighting movies, specifically kung-fu ones. Surprisingly, she is quite good with her fist and tends to do taichi every morning except when in her hangover state.
  
• She drinks beer from time to time and tends to end up in a hangover in the morning. If she's super grouchy to you, then she must have drank a dozen cans of beer. Common knowledge between the students and the staff.
  
• Secretly a closet drama-fanatic.
  
• When she's in a hangover and she's angry, there's a 25% chance she'll headbutt you if you make a joke out of her or if you try to be a smart-Alec to her. Usually done in a comedic situation.
  
• Epicly fail at cooking, hence she always order take-outs.
  
• Expect her to shout her name in a booming voice whenever she introduce herself in class. (i.e. "MORI-SENSEI HAS ENTERED THE CLASSROOM!" or "MY NAME IS NARUKAWA MORI AND I WILL BE YOUR TEACHER, ZE~")
  
• Note-worthyly, you would notice that she will be sleeping in class or in the middle of the lecture whenever she is in a hangover. She'll wake up a seconds later, though, so there's nothing much to do.
